Overview & acceptance
This website is operated by Northern Shipping Containers, LLC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the transaction.
Order requests & sale confirmation
A cart submission or quote request is an offer to purchase; it does not reserve inventory or create an accepted sale. A sale is confirmed only after Northern reviews the request and issues written order details covering the equipment, quantity, condition, included items, delivery, tax and payment terms.
Products, images & availability
Product pages describe the listed model or configuration. Color, finish, wear and minor details can vary, especially on used equipment. Dimensions and specifications should be checked against the accepted order. If an item becomes unavailable before acceptance, Northern may offer a comparable alternative or cancel the request without charge.
Prices, freight & tax
Prices are displayed in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted. Catalog prices exclude freight, tax, installation and optional equipment unless expressly stated. The written order total controls if it differs from a catalog reference price. Northern may correct an obvious pricing, description or availability error and cancel an affected order with a refund of any amount received.
Payment & cleared funds
Payment instructions are supplied with the reviewed order. The buyer must use the order reference and verified beneficiary details. Inventory is released for dispatch after required funds clear. Never send bank passwords through this site, and contact Northern using the details on this website if payment instructions appear to change.
Delivery & buyer responsibilities
The buyer must provide a correct address, authorized delivery contact and complete access information. The buyer is responsible for permits, site preparation, foundations, utilities, safe access, unloading equipment and installation unless the accepted order assigns a task to Northern. Additional carrier costs caused by inaccurate information, an inaccessible site or a missed appointment may be added to the order.
Inspection, title & risk
An authorized recipient must inspect the shipment at delivery and record visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt. Title and risk transfer to the buyer when the equipment is delivered and unloaded at the agreed location, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellations, returns & warranty
Cancellation and return rights follow the Returns & Refund Policy, including its 30 days from delivery request window for eligible undamaged products. Product warranty coverage follows the written order and Warranty Policy. Custom, modified, installed or used-in-service equipment may have restricted return rights.
Acceptable website use
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security, submit false information, upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property or collect another person’s information without authority. Northern may restrict access or refuse service for a lawful reason.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Northern is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from website use or an order. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain in effect. These terms are governed by Florida law, and disputes will be handled in the applicable state or federal courts in Florida.
