How Northern confirms the total, issues payment instructions and releases equipment for delivery.
Key policy details.
Checkout & order review
Checkout collects the product selection, buyer details and delivery information and then creates a request reference. It does not charge a card or debit a bank account. Northern reviews the request before sending the written order total and payment instructions.
Your confirmed total
Review the product reference, quantity, condition, included equipment, freight, tax, deposit if any and total before paying. Requested changes must appear in revised order documents. Catalog prices are reference prices and do not replace the accepted written total.
Bank-transfer instructions
Current bank details are supplied directly for the reviewed order and are not published on the website. Use the exact beneficiary, amount and order reference shown in the instructions. Send payment only from an account you are authorized to use, and retain the transfer confirmation.
Payment clearance & dispatch
Bank transfers generally clear within 1–3 business days. Handling and carrier booking begin after required funds clear unless the accepted order provides another schedule. A transfer marked pending, reversed or incomplete does not release equipment for dispatch.
Deposits & staged payments
A custom project or large order may use a deposit or milestone schedule. The percentage, due dates, work tied to each stage and cancellation effect must be written into the accepted order. Checkout itself does not offer financing or a standard installment plan.
Fraud prevention & verification
Northern will never ask for an online-banking password. If beneficiary details change unexpectedly, stop and verify the instruction through sales@northerncontainersllc.com before transferring funds. Northern may request identity, business or payment-source confirmation where reasonably needed to prevent fraud.
Receipts & refunds
Keep the invoice, transfer receipt and order reference. Approved refunds follow the Returns & Refund Policy and are normally processed within 14 business days after approval and inspection. Contact sales@northerncontainersllc.com with the order reference for a payment question.
