About this product.
Residential space planning and small-home projects. The recorded specification includes build type: Ready built.
Review the arrangement of bedrooms, living space, kitchen and bathroom against the way you intend to live in it. The selected layout, finishes and service connections determine how the space works day to day. Site design, footings and local occupancy requirements are a separate part of the project and worth settling early.
Use the technical information below to compare this selection with the alternatives in the container homes collection. Include the intended use, the delivery address and any layout or service requirements when discussing this unit with Northern. A clear brief helps separate what is supplied from the site works and connections handled locally.
