How do I place an order?
Add your selected equipment to the cart, enter contact and delivery details at checkout, and submit your request. You will receive a reference number. The order is reviewed before specifications, availability, freight, tax, and payment details are confirmed.
Can I pay on the website?
No payment is taken at checkout. Bank-transfer instructions are supplied separately after the order is reviewed.
Are the listed products in stock?
Northern has confirmed that the current catalog is in stock and ready to ship. Standard handling is 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and funds clear. Estimated carrier transit is 3–7 business days, with most standard orders arriving in approximately 4–10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
For stocked products, allow 1–3 business days for order handling and approximately 3–7 business days for carrier transit. Custom projects, remote routes, severe weather and special unloading requirements can take longer, and the delivery appointment is confirmed before dispatch.
Does the displayed price include delivery?
Catalog reference prices are in AUD and exclude delivery and applicable tax. The written quote sets out your final unit and delivery costs.
What is the difference between an expandable and a modular home?
An expandable unit travels at about container width and opens out on site to two or three times that footprint, so it arrives as one delivery. A modular home is assembled from separate base units joined together on site. Check both the transport and the finished dimensions on the specific model and confirm them in your quote.
Can I request a custom home or office layout?
Yes. Share the intended use, layout, location, service needs, and preferred finishes using the project quote form. The supplied scope and installation responsibilities will be defined in the quote.
What is included in a flat-pack DIY kit?
A kit is a component package rather than a finished building. Ask for the parts list — frame, wall and roof panels, insulation, windows, doors, flooring and fixings — then plan the footings, the assembly crew and the licensed trades needed to connect and sign off services separately.
What should I prepare before delivery?
You will need a suitable level base, a clear access route, and an agreed unloading method. Share gates, overhead obstructions, turning restrictions, and ground conditions with your request. Inspect the unit at arrival and report visible freight damage within 24 hours of delivery.
